Location for the exhibition-project `PEACE´ is the Academy of Fine Art Vienna, Atelierhaus in Lehargasse 6-8 (former Semperdepot) - on more than 1200m².

The Semper Depot was built between 1874 and 1877 by the architects Gottfried Semper and Carl Freiherr von Hasenauer. It served as a depot and production site for theater decorations and scenes.

After the architect Gottfried Semper had built the new royal court theater in Dresden from 1838 to 1841, and after the burning of the Semperopera from 1871 onwards, he came to Vienna to build some buildings here with Carl Freiherr von Hasenauer: for example the imperial forum with Hofburg and Natural History Museum, the Burgtheater and also the Semperdepot.

The former K.k. Hoftheater scenery depot is Gottfried Semper's only survivingg building in Vienna and was built in the style of Viennese Historicism. The long front on the Lehárgasse is designed in Neo-Renaissance style.
